A 20ft expandable container house is delivered folded in a compact container-size structure. Once placed on-site, it unfolds into a full living space within 1–3 hours, with pre-installed insulation, windows, doors, and wiring.

Carefully remove the outer packaging, including steel straps, corner protectors, and accessory boxes. Avoid using sharp tools directly on the panels to prevent accidental damage.
Inspect the expandable container house for any visible dents, frame deformation, or loose hinges. Confirm that all accessories—hardware kits, sealing strips, structural adhesive, and stainless steel floor panels—match the packing list.
Reason: Ensures all components are complete and undamaged before unfolding, preventing delays or safety issues during installation.
Use a crane to lift and place the folded expandable container house onto the prepared, level foundation. Ensure the unit is aligned with the planned orientation before lowering it completely.
Because of its weight and structural design, the house must be positioned accurately on the first attempt.
Reason: The unit cannot be repositioned once lowered, so correct placement ensures a smooth installation and proper structural alignment.
Loosen screws → slide panels outward → set aside.
Reason: Removing the fixing panels frees the expansion mechanism and allows the expandable container house to unfold smoothly.
Lift the side roof panel upward until it reaches its fully open position. Support the panel securely to prevent movement during the next installation steps.
Reason: Raising the side roof creates the necessary clearance for unfolding the main roof panel safely.
Use the support rods—or crane assistance if required—to lift the main roof panel of the expandable container house into its upright position. Confirm that the panel is fully secured and stable before removing any lifting equipment.
Reason: Properly supporting the main roof panel prevents sudden movement and ensures safe, smooth installation of the expandable container house.
Unlock the floor latch, then slowly lower the floor panel until it lies flat and fully aligned with the base frame of the expandable container house. Support the panel during lowering to avoid sudden dropping or misalignment.
Reason: Creating a stable and level floor surface is essential for accurate wall expansion and overall structural stability.
Carefully unfold the large side wall and rotate it outward until it aligns flush with the floor panel of the expandable container house. Ensure the wall sits firmly in place without gaps or distortion.
Reason: The large side wall forms a primary structural section of the expandable container house and supports proper alignment for the remaining wall panels.
Rotate the rear small wall outward and position it firmly against the floor frame of the expandable container house. Ensure the wall locks into its designated alignment points for a secure fit.
Reason: The rear small wall closes the back section of the expandable container house and contributes to overall structural stability.
Unfold the front small wall and position it accurately along the floor frame of the expandable container house. Check that all edges align properly without gaps.
Reason: This step completes the front enclosure and ensures the internal layout forms correctly.
Repeat Steps 7–9 on the other side.
Reason: Ensures symmetrical expansion.
Secure all connection points using the pre-marked screw holes along the walls, roof panels, and floor joints of the expandable container house. Tighten each screw firmly to eliminate any movement.
Reason: Proper fastening strengthens the entire structure and provides long-term stability after expansion.
Apply the provided floor sealing strips along all folding joints of the expandable container house. Press the strips firmly to ensure full adhesion and continuous coverage across the floor seams.
Reason:
Proper sealing prevents moisture, dust, and insects from entering through the fold joints, improving durability and interior comfort.
Apply structural adhesive along the intersections where the walls meet the floor of the expandable container house. Ensure the adhesive is applied evenly across all sealing joints.
Reason:
A continuous adhesive layer enhances waterproofing, strengthens the joint connection, and improves long-term structural integrity.
Place the stainless steel floor panels over the adhesive-coated joints and press them firmly into position. Confirm that each panel lies flat with no raised edges.
Reason:
Stainless steel panels provide added protection to high-traffic areas and reinforce the sealed floor joints of the expandable container house.
Apply waterproof tape along the seam between the main roof and the side roof panels. Smooth the tape to ensure full surface contact and continuous coverage.

Sealing the roof joints prevents rainwater from entering the expandable container house, improving weather resistance and durability.
Attach the waterproof strips along the joint where the side roof panel meets the main roof structure of the expandable container house. Press firmly to ensure full adhesion and an unbroken seal across the entire seam.
