Expandable House Process Flow

1.Material Cutting Process

Based on the production order requirements, materials are cut to prepare for the welding process.

2.Welding Process

After material cutting, the materials are transported to Workshop 1 for welding of various frame components. The semi-finished products after welding are then polished.

3.Frame Assembly Process

The welded components are assembled to form a complete frame structure, and the entire frame is polished.

4.Frame Inspection Process

Quality inspectors conduct acceptance checks on the entire frame to ensure the quality of the frame products.

5.Powder Coating Process

The accepted frames undergo overall electrostatic spray coating and baking operations.

6.Final Assembly Process

Workers install floors, electrical circuits, walls, doors, windows, and all other components onto the powder-coated frames to complete the assembly of the entire product.

7.Finished Product Inspection Process

After assembly, quality inspectors conduct final inspections on the finished products.

8.Packing and Warehousing Process

After cleaning, the finished products undergo inspections by both in-house quality inspectors and customers. Upon approval, the finished products are packed and warehoused for shipment. Proper protective measures are taken during packing to prevent damage during transportation.
